After making the journey into the carnivore world in 2014 and experiencing the healing effects I began to learn about the healing properties of tallow as well. Tallow was used by the ancient Egyptians and Romans as a miracle ingredient. Since  tallow is similar to our skins sebum or oil the skin can easily recognize and absorb tallow helping your skin heal. Tallow contains essential fatty acids that can aid in the healing of eczema, acne, diaper rash, psoriasis, reduce fine lines and wrinkles  along with other skin ailments.  We dry render our tallow once from locally sourced suet in order to keep as much of the original fatty composition as possible.
